However, I just work with one artist so I can see how this might be confusing if you're working with multiple. It would be nice to be able to customize things a little more according to your needs. Now that Bookings have email notification on them, maybe you could harness that functionality for this purpose? For example, only check the users the gig applies to, and only they will be emailed about it? You could also specify the performers in the notes field -- as you update bookings, subscribed users will receive an email about the changes. @Meghan: Absolutely. In the Marcato Calendar, under Calendars & Subscriptions at the top, right-click on the calendar icon next to the feed you want to subscribe to. Copy the address of the link. In Google Calendar, under Other Calendars at the bottom left, click the Add link. Choose Add by URL from the list, and paste the location you copied from Marcato into the field that appears. This should feed your Marcato Calendar content into your Google Calendar. Depending on where you are located geographically, you may see discrepancies in the listed times, however. We have some information on this issue in the beginnings of our FAQ here: http://marcatomusician.com/blog/faq/when-i-subscribe-to-marcato-calendar-feeds-in-google-calendar-my-events-are-off-by-hours-what-gives @Lauren: that's an interesting thought. We'll table that one for discussion. Thanks for the idea! @Sheri: great point. Now that Bookings have email notification on them, maybe you could harness that functionality for this purpose? This would make it a lot easier to use marcato gig listings everywhere, instead of having to transfer manually (a huge pain in the arse). It would be great if there was somewhere on the booking page where we could stipulate whether shows were solo, duo, trio, band and who the musicians are. Right now our musicians check the sites regularly but we have to physically tell them which gigs they will be required for. Thanks! Sheri Our acts play in many different configurationns. What would be helpful, for someone new to this process is a template document or a couple of websites I can visit to get started. Great info and thoroughly enjoying your blog and tour adventures. Hope to be blogging the same myself soon with Palenke Soultribe. HD Darren,
